HIP HOP YOGA with @loveyogawithme
Picture the scene – NYC, dancers, subway trains, DJs, steam filled streets and Central Park vibes – our 360 visuals deliver all of these stitched together in an eclectic way giving you the perfect backdrop to compliment the music, vibe and the flow.
Shake off the pressures of the day and join us as Pam guides us through some powerful moves and poses flowed alongside a live DJ spinning hip hop tracks old and new.
Pam has a down to earth approach to her teaching and likes to create a space where there is no judgement and where you can play and have fun with movement
With no right or wrong way to move, we can be as creative as we want according to how we feel. So, lets fire up with a dynamic sequence with a live DJ spinning Biggie & Tupac guaranteed to make you work, release tension and more importantly, feel the vibes as you do.
Post flow we will power down with a Tribe Called Quest, De La Soul, Mos Def and melt into a deep meditation to rest up the body as well as unwind and really enjoy the benefits of the movement and breath.
