Kirsty is Chief Operating Officer for Leeds Codes & Manchester Codes, part-time coding schools helping people transition into roles in technology. She has worked across a number of technology startups for the last 8 years. Kirsty is also a trustee of The Octagon Theatre and on the advisory Board for Thinktank, Centre for Towns.
Kirsty is a passionate leader and technologist. A self-taught coding bootcamp graduate, and a vocal advocate for increasing diversity and PoC representation in tech. She recognises technology and the community around it to be a powerful tool in promoting social mobility and economic growth in areas that are often overlooked.
Jonny Ross is founder and digital marketing specialist at Fleek Marketing an award-winning digital marketing company. Fleek works with a wide range of B2B and B2C businesses, and both public and third sector organisations.
Jonny has over 23 years experience in small business, and over 21 years’ experience in digital online technologies. Specialising in SEO, Data, User Experience and digital marketing.
