Marcus Shaw (Programme Director for the Future Programme), and Ian Scholes (Senior Director – Infrastructure Tower), have been at the forefront of this programme and form part of the key team leading the transformation of the Asda IT estate. Ian and Marcus are naturally extremely excited to be able to share their story to date, and of course the journey ahead of us to deliver this enormous undertaking.
About Ian:
I’m Ian Scholes, a Senior Director within the Future Programme of ASDA Technology. My background as been predominantly in Outsourcing, Operations and Infrastructure, having previously been a Programme Director at Capita, and Heading up Technical Operations at Vodafone prior to that. I’m a fan of the outdoors, and spend any spare time I have in the hills mountain biking/walking, or tending to the array of animals (horses, dogs, cats!), that we’ve acquired over the years.
