James has extensive experience in complex problem-solving and has worked with global organisations such as UEFA and NASA. He’s a tech pioneer and was recently listed in the BIMA100 list as recognition for his achievements. James also features on the Hey! presents Off Script podcast.
With over 12 years of marketing experience, Bethan has been responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies in highly competitive B2B Saas and technology services environments. Formerly the Marketing Director of a leading Software Consultancy, Bethan founded Open Velocity in 2022 to ensure technology start-ups and scale-ups can access senior marketing expertise.
Building on her work at the C-Suite level, Bethan is a regular speaker about marketing and technology at international conferences, including GitLab Commit San Francisco 2020, TuringFest 2021 and Learn Inbound 2023 conference. Outside of working with clients and growing Open Velocity, Bethan helps host and produce The Brave Podcast.
Phil is a digital leader with over 25 years’ of strategy advisory and consulting and complex technology development and delivery experience. He continually explores new ideas to help his clients solve their greatest challenges and goals. Most recently he worked at Forrester Research where he guided business and technology leaders on how to maximise the value of technology, implement future-fit digital strategies and drive change for their business to deliver successful customer outcomes. He has previously led many complex digital transformations and managed services deliveries that bring a wealth of knowledge and learning from both successes and failures across a diverse range of sectors and technologies.
