Part of the Leeds Digital Festival and hosted by Aire Logic and Generation UK&I, this live session will build on the key learnings of the earlier virtual event, ‘Diverse Workforce, Stronger Tech: Practical ways to diversify’. It’s a chance to share a more human perspective on diversity and inclusion with inspiring stories and perspectives from a diverse range of guest speakers, showing the impact of diversity in action, followed by Q&A and real life networking!
Aire Logic colleagues will share thoughts on how to improve diversification and why it is so important for organisations to embrace a diverse and inclusive culture. Generation UK&I will discuss how they support organisations with diverse recruitment and introduce some of their current AWS Cloud Practitioner learners to speak about their experiences, their barriers to employment, and what they are looking for from an organisation. We will also introduce some leading community ambassadors.
