Women in Digital

Hosted by Yorkshire Building Society

Join this virtual session and meet some of the top digital female talent at Yorkshire Building Society.

During this session, our inspiring female colleagues from digital will talk about their experiences and challenges in the Digital Industry including career highlights as well as career lowlights. They’ll talk about their journeys so far and what they see the development and future of women in Digital/Tech and their Vision for women in tech at YBS.

We will also have two discussion points our colleagues will explore which are:

– Discussion 1 – Is the female experience of progressing and developing a career in tech different to that of a male peer?

– Discussion 2 – Is tech really a male dominated industry?

Our colleagues will close the session by sharing the advice they would give their younger selves. A must join session for anyone wanting to learn about the female experience in the tech industry or for anyone looking to start a career in the tech industry.
