Any team member in the organisation licensed for SharePoint will use Viva Connections at no additional costs.

Viva does not create an intelligent intranet for you. It provides the infrastructure for delivering an intranet to users where they may already be working (Microsoft Teams) and establishes a framework for extending and improving the intranet.
