- Rachel Tolhurst: Connect Lead – Internal Communications, Grayling.
Rachel is an award-winning communicator with over 25 years’ experience across financial services, aviation, infrastructure services, pharma and satellite communications. Her change experience spans communication for transformations, mergers, acquisitions, disposals and integrations. She is also experienced in managing communication audits and restructures, employee research and global campaigns. She is passionate about the value of data to measure impact and drive insight and improvement. Rachel was an International Association of Business Communicators UK&I Board member for two years. She trained as a mentor with Help for Heroes and applies these skills with fellow communicators.
