Expectations of organisations to make a positive contribution in society are increasing year-on-year.
Whether it reflects changing social dynamics or an internal desire to do good, an outlook which takes in more than the health of the balance sheet is becoming the norm.
But what can the digital and tech community do to bring organisations’ ‘why’ to life through their work? How does the sector view the value of social impact compared to other professions? And what influence does social purpose have on customers’ digital experiences?
This thought-provoking session will offer answers to all of these questions and more as Leeds Building Society, a business which prides itself on being purpose-driven and which is undergoing rapid digital transformation, hosts a panel of guest speakers to explore the issues. There will be an opportunity to networking, meet Society senior leadership and enjoy food, drinks and goody bags.
