To mark one year since the launch of the National Data Strategy (NDS) framework techUK and DCMS are holding a joint virtual panel discussion with data leaders as part of the Leeds Digital Festival.

 

This session will focus on what progress has been made and the opportunities and challenges that now lie ahead. Along with discussing the recent publication of the NDS’s Monitoring and Evaluation update call for evidence and data reform consultation, this session will also explore the publication of the National Data Strategy Forum 2021 work plan, developed in collaboration with Forum participants, and the five priority areas of work for the Forum going forward.

 

Panellists will discuss what the priority areas of Unlocking the power of data for everyone everywhere, Trust in Data, Data Reform, Net Zero and Measuring the data ecosystem mean to them and how we can work together going forward to make sure the data opportunity outlined in the NDS framework are realised and works for everyone, everywhere.
