Transformation has always been a constant in business – and it’s always been hard. As data and digital transformation now rises to the top of many leaders narrative, what are the things you can do to succeed? Is it the same as the usual tech-people-process conundrum, or does the introduction of data bring about new challenges that haven’t been considered before? This session will explore some real life examples of large scale, data transformation and what has worked (and what you might want to avoid).
Our expert panel will discuss the implications of good operating model design, the technical roadmap for success and the engagement needed across the organisation to ensure people are engaged and understand the language of a data driven organisation.
