The Answer Is Women: Breaking the Glass Ceiling

Here at Answer Digital, we often shout #TheAnswerIsPeople, but in encouraging equal representation in a male-dominated industry, we wholeheartedly believe #TheAnswerIsWomen 📣 Whether you’re a seasoned professional or just interested in tech, join our community of women (and allies!) where together we can empower each other 💪

What to expect:

The session topic is “Breaking The Glass Ceiling” – we will explore the invisible barriers that exist for women and how to break through them to achieve success (whatever that looks like for you). Our hosts (Tessa, Sally, Luisa, and Danielle) will be sharing their personal experiences, but we would also like to hear from you!

This event will be collaborative, with the following break-out sessions:

• Identifying The Glass: How to spot invisible barriers>;
• Smashing The Glass: How to break through invisible barriers;
• Recover From The Splinters: Self doubt, imposter syndrome and unconscious bias are all effects of the glass ceiling. How can we overcome these common challenges?
• And of course, refreshments are included 🥂 🍕

All are welcome! Our events are inclusive and not exclusive to women, so whether you’re just interested in this topic, a woman in tech or an ally of women in tech, we would love for you to join our thriving community. Held at our office in Leeds City Centre, doors will open at 5pm for a 5.30pm start.
