As part of this special Leeds Digital Festival edition, we will be hosting a panel session from 17:00 – 18:00 on The Art of the Exit.
Our expert panel will share insights, experiences and practical advice on preparing for and achieving a successful business exit.
Following the discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to continue the conversation and make new connections during a networking reception.

With 20 years experience in the music industry, Hazel is a music-tech lifer, guitarist and an Angel Investor.
In 2018 Hazel was the CEO and Co-Founder of Musiio, an AI startup which sold to SoundCloud in 2022. She started her music-tech journey as an early employee at Shazam and has also had the privilege and experience to work at Pandora Internet Radio, Universal Music, BandLab and HMV.
Josh advises founders, investors, and management teams on company sales, MBOs and fundraising across sectors including technology, healthcare and business services.
A former restructuring specialist, he brings strong commercial insight and a pragmatic view of what creates and protects value in a process.
Brannan is a serial entrepreneur with four technology exits in the last decade. He is best known as the CEO behind the sale of YourParkingSpace, a transaction valued at over £250m, having built the business into one of Europe’s largest parking marketplaces with more than a million monthly bookings.
His career spans fintech, travel tech and software consultancy across roles including CPO, COO and CEO.
He now leads M&A at The Good Golf Company, which is acquiring 100 golf courses across the UK. Alongside this, he invests personal capital through his family office, Anyway Ventures, and advises private equity firms on due diligence and post-acquisition technology value creation.
Through AISAS.IO, he deploys elite operators to deliver AI-led organisational transformation, adding more than £100m in enterprise value to portfolio companies to date.
