Dive into the world of recruitment during this midday session with xDesign, which will kick-off with networking, and then see you enjoy Parul Singh’s ‘What nostalgic video games can teach us about hiring neurodivergent talent’.
Parul is a Recruitment Marketing Partner at xDesign and Neurodiversity Advocate. He will take the audience on a trip down memory lane to explore neurodiversity in the hiring process. This will see Parul use concepts from nostalgic video games like Pacman, Tetris and Mario Kart.
The session will end with a Q&A.
