She is an ILM accredited coach and specialises in working with young people and women to achieve their career aspirations and bring awareness to accessible pathways into tech roles.

Richard Hardicre has over 15 years experience as an Agile-focused Change and IT professional, delivering the right change to meet businesses needs. He has extensive line management experience, and supportive mentoring and coaching skills to lead and motivate professionals to develop high performing teams.
