We touched upon these questions in our presentation at Leeds Digital Festival last week and will now continue to explore the answers to these questions further and provide some practical guidance.
This will be a practical session, guiding you to create valuable social impact internally, externally and across your products and services.
We will outline how to create strategies for each of the 3 impact areas, how to ensure successful delivery and ways to monitor and measure the value you create. Ultimately we will discuss the benefits that can be attributed to creating real tangible social outcomes via these methods.
