About the speaker:

Jordan Finneran – Pimsical (Finners Development LTD). Over the past 5 years, I have gained extensive experience with Shopify, culminating in the launch of my own company, Pimsical. We develop specialized Shopify apps for Stock Takes, Warehouse Integration, Staff Discounts, and offer bespoke consulting services to improve your Shopify setup. I’ve gotten insights into how to succeed with retail operations and Shopify POS, having supported our customers with hundreds of stock takes, over 130,000 products scanned across 10s of stores and many team members involved.

I spent over 3 years at Gymshark, where I supported the launch of their first retail store, gaining insights into both successes and challenges. During my tenure, I integrated various systems, including warehouses, Algolia, and Netsuite and more. I also lead a team automating the product lifecycle to reduce the time to get products live and helping product launches across online and retail channels.

Additionally, my experience at Checkout Blocks, a Shopify app acquired by Shopify, provided me with extensive expertise in customizing checkouts, both online and POS, and managing internationalization and translations.
