Much like the technology industry, the sector’s hiring landscape is ever-changing. Sourcing junior talent is no longer the main pain point it once was for companies. Instead, mid-level and senior developers are now the problem for businesses, as they become increasingly scarce and, therefore, increasingly costly to hire and retain.
