Join us for this virtual panel discussion to discuss the ever-changing industry of healthcare tech, exploring the various routes into the tech industry whilst recognising the important topic of inclusion & diversity in the workplace.

Throughout the session, our panelists will be leading an engaging discussion to share insights and perspectives on how their career paths were shaped via various backgrounds and industries.

During the discussion, our panel will also be sharing their views, case studies and experiences on inclusion & diversity in the workplace. They will offer their perspective on how this plays a huge part in building a career in tech industry and the impact on employee experience and organisational culture.

Panelists:

Cleveland Henry  EMIS – Group Deployment & Delivery Director – panel chair

Cleveland is the Group Delivery and Deployment Director at EMIS. He started his career as a support analyst/programmer in 1990, just one week after he’d finished college, and has now returned as a director.

He is now responsible for the delivery and deployment of EMIS systems across a number of care settings including GPs, community pharmacies and hospitals across the country.

Ben Hampshire EMIS – Head of Business Delivery

Ben joined EMIS with the acquisition of Edenbridge APEX and leads the Edenbridge team delivering our analytics platform APEX into Primary Care Organisations throughout the country. Passionate about supporting transformation of NHS services, Ben’s weeks is often packed with a wide-ranging network of GP Practice Managers, clinicians, Primary Care Network leads and Clinical Directors through to ICB and NHS England stakeholders, all of which he uses to ensure solutions are designed and delivered in a way to meet frontline needs across the layers of Primary Care.
