Neurodiverse by Design: creating neuro-inclusive workplaces, from recruitment to onboarding

Organised by Glean

Here at Glean we believe that our culture – and the best products – are enriched by different lived experiences and thinking. But how do you ensure that your workplace fosters meaningful inclusion when it comes to supporting neurodiverse individuals?

Join us as we discuss how everyone can be empowered in an inclusive workplace. We’ll tackle recruitment processes, onboarding journeys, and day-to-day workplace practices that allow neurodiverse individuals to thrive in the professional world. There will be time for a Q&A with our panellists as well as an opportunity to chat with other attendees.

Breakfast will be included, and if you need to take a break at any point you can make use of our Quiet Room, a comfortable space where you can decompress.

Our panellists:

  • Sarah Ford – Recruitment Business Partner, Glean. Sarah heads up recruitment here at Glean. She has taken a number of steps to support all candidates through the application and interview process, and is constantly looking for ways to improve this.
  • Kate Dean – Director, Enable Disability & Inclusion Consultants Ltd. Kate set up Enable Disability & Inclusion Consultants Ltd in 2020, offering end-to-end solution-focused support to enable organisations to remove barriers to high performance.
