Emma is a Producer and Programmer who has made and presented award-winning artworks across the world. She is currently Executive Producer for LEEDS 2023 – delivering an exciting range of new creative commissions, co-productions, collaborations and events in the lead up to and during the Year of Culture.
Emma is a Leeds Climate Commissioner, a steering group member of Sustainable Arts in Leeds and a Trustee for Hull Truck Theatre. Previous roles include as Co-Director for East Street Arts, Executive Producer for Eclipse Theatre Company and founding Producer for Selina Thompson Ltd.
Julian is a strategy consultant with over 25 years experience in financial services.
Whitecap Consulting is a strategy consultancy based in Leeds, Manchester, Milton Keynes, Bristol, Newcastle and Birmingham. It is particularly active in the digital, technology and FinTech sectors. Whitecap’s financial services clients have included banks, building societies, technology providers, outsourced service providers, FinTechs, retailers, universities, and various firms in the intermediary financial services market.
Whitecap is involved in two regional FinTech ecosystems, FinTech North and FinTech West, both of which it helped create and now manages. Via these initiatives, Julian is also involved in the FinTech National Network which was created by Innovate Finance, FinTech Scotland and FinTech North in 2019 to help link the national Fintech sector across the UK.
Jonny Ross is founder and digital marketing specialist at Fleek Marketing an award-winning digital marketing company. Fleek works with a wide range of B2B and B2C businesses, and both public and third sector organisations.
Jonny has over 23 years experience in small business, and over 21 years’ experience in digital online technologies. Specialising in SEO, Data, User Experience and digital marketing.
