The Propel programme aims to upskill businesses hoping to improve their workplace culture and employment opportunities for neurodivergent and learning disabled people.
Our free, CPD-accredited training gives employees an in-depth and lived experience-led insight into the challenges faced by neurodivergent people in the workplace, as well as the plethora of technical and cultural tools to rectify these challenges.
Through engaging online activites, lively discussion and practical tools that equip businesses with actionable plans to improve workplace culture, attendees will leave the training equipped with the knowledge and resources to make real change happen in their organisation.
This event is an online taster of our 1-day Neurodiversity Inclusion training facilitated on Microsoft Teams, with specific emphasis on digital inclusion.
After completing this workshop, any attendees or interested parties may sign up for the full version of the training for up to 20 members of their organisation.
