Neil Lewis, Head of Credit Risk Policy, Decisioning and Analytics, LBS
Neil has worked in Credit Risk for over 20 years; preforming a variety of roles at the Society across Credit and Operational Risk. His current role focuses on credit acquisition covering policy, systems and analytics. Prior to joining the Society, he has set up and led credit risk functions for leading organisations in the banking and building society sector.

Zoe is an ambassador for quality currently serving as Quality Engineering Manager within our Mortgages Delivery stream. Her expertise in mortgage sales and originations has set her up for success as a leader pushing forward our test strategy and ways of working. She has played a pivotal role in implementing increased use of automation, agile ways of working, shift-left testing practices and continuous improvement to facilitate the pace of our innovative delivery
