Every young person deserves the opportunity to build a positive future, yet growing numbers are becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) due to barriers such as limited access to career opportunities, role models and professional networks.
This event brings together employers, educators, careers professionals, youth organisations and young people to explore how stronger partnerships between industry and education can help keep young people engaged and connected to future opportunities.
Through keynote speakers, lived experience, panel discussions and roundtable conversations, attendees will gain insight into the challenges facing young people today and identify practical ways to support them through mentoring, work experience, skills development and employer engagement.
