On Thursday 21st September, Leeds City Council will be launching its new Inclusive Growth Strategy.
This is a hugely exciting time for the whole city, as we will set out how we plan to grow an economy that works for everyone over the next decade. We can see all around us that the city is benefitting from billions of pounds of public and private investment delivering a rapid transformation.
At the heart of our strategy is our plan to establish Leeds as an internationally recognised city for innovation and a testbed for new digital technologies.
And we will do this by developing future talent in the digital sector, embedding digital skills in the workplace, innovating with new technology, and supporting businesses to adopt new digital and data technologies.
This event is aimed towards a wide range of stakeholders including businesses, education providers, public sector, and community organisations.
If you are interested in the future of Leeds and want to help local people thrive, attend this event and find out about our plan for the next decade.
