John Rastrick, Founder & CEO of Flotilla will be sharing how he transitioned from two decades in private equity to building a climate-tech company from the ground up. Motivated by the lack of accessible carbon tools for SMEs, John set out to create a platform that combines simple UX with robust, science-based emissions data. John will explore the early challenges of product development, earning B Corp certification, and building a team that shares a mission to mainstream sustainability in everyday business.
