Gamifying Client Engagement: Key themes for consultants to aspire to

Getting the most out of your client relationships can be a tricky business – but that doesn’t mean it can’t be fun!

In this interactive workshop organised by Hippo, participants will reflect on and define what makes truly great client engagement. Together we will lay out some aspirational ‘achievements’ for our next client interactions and beyond. We will be collectively tackling three themes: being human, delivering expertise, and being bold.

Over the hour there will be a series of interactive tasks that will get the audience thinking about how they engage with their clients. These activities will focus on a user centric approach to client engagement.

You’ll leave with some clear ambitions for getting more from your client and stakeholder engagement: stronger and earlier buy-in, confidence in your delivery, and two-way involvement in the process.

About the speaker

  • Stephanie Vincent, Lead Data Analytics Consultant, Hippo
    Stephanie began her career doing qual and quant analysis for a higher education consultancy. She has since worked for a university, a charity, and an e-commerce company. Returning to consultancy, she has now been working at Hippo for 2 years, supporting public and private sector clients in a range of analytics and data science projects. Stephanie manages a small team of analysts, is a trained coach and is passionate about supporting routes into tech for women and all young people.
