Getting the most out of your client relationships can be a tricky business – but that doesn’t mean it can’t be fun!
In this interactive workshop organised by Hippo, participants will reflect on and define what makes truly great client engagement. Together we will lay out some aspirational ‘achievements’ for our next client interactions and beyond. We will be collectively tackling three themes: being human, delivering expertise, and being bold.
Over the hour there will be a series of interactive tasks that will get the audience thinking about how they engage with their clients. These activities will focus on a user centric approach to client engagement.
You’ll leave with some clear ambitions for getting more from your client and stakeholder engagement: stronger and earlier buy-in, confidence in your delivery, and two-way involvement in the process.
