Tom Rushworth is a design practitioner and certified workshop facilitator who has spent the last 15 years working in the creative industry and tech. His work involves bringing people together to figure out what the right thing to make is for their business and customers/users. He will share a framework with you that will help you to run fast and effective collaboration sessions, save you time and resource that would be wasted in meetings, and help you to enjoy your work more. Tom’s experience is mostly working within tech/creative product teams, however the framework in this session could be applied to any business.
