He will share his top strategies for overcoming the challenges for first time founders and how to leverage AI. He is joined by the People Expert Tracey Hirst and an experienced Associate Lawyer Gareth Barnes for the panel conversation.
Peter Hopton, is a serial entrepreneur, venture company builder, and convener of Venture.Community. He will be joined by an excellent panel to guide founders in avoiding the mistakes he made before achieving great success. Peter has weathered challenging times, including a miraculous accident survival and his appearance on Dragon’s Den (with > 1.3 million views on YouTube). He will share how he transformed challenges and setbacks into opportunities for success.
He will be accompanied by the employee engagement expert, Tracey Hirst, from Practical People, who helps companies establish robust people foundations, develops outstanding workplace cultures which then improve customer satisfaction and profitability. She achieves this through applying her experience of transforming two VW dealerships with a turnover of £18 million and harnessing her leadership development and HR experience.
Last but not least, Gareth Barnes from CMS will provide his legal expertise to help prevent founders from encountering legal issues.
