Call Out for FinTech and LegalTech Start-Ups, Scale-Ups and VC firms and fundraisers. FinTech North is delighted to announce our FinTech and LegalTech Funding Forum, hosted in partnership with Squire Patton Boggs, LegalTech in Leeds, and WYCA.

We’ll hear from speakers from FinTech North, Squire Patton Boggs, LegalTech in Leeds, and West Yorkshire Combined Authority, who will share insight into the FinTech and LegalTech ecosystems in Leeds. Following keynotes from these organisations, we will be running a session in an all-new format to FinTech North: a reverse pitching session where the investors pitch to the audience.

We’ll be bringing together a fantastic group of VCs and funders to discuss topics such as:

• Average deal and types of companies
• How to navigate the world of VC funding
• What VCs won’t tell you
• How does a regional / Northern business fund growth?
• What does 2025 look like for you? Trends, challenges, and opportunities

We are looking to bring together a small, focused, and senior group at this invite-only event with five FinTechs and five LegalTechs across a range of sub-sectors including payments, RegTech, Lending, ClimateTech, and AI.
