He is CEO of THRIVE (Tees Healthcare Research Innovation and Education), a consultancy that helps medtech and healthtech companies navigate the journey from concept to NHS and international adoption, having secured over £2.3M in grant funding for clients alongside NHS procurement wins and a successful NHS exit.
His work bridges frontline NHS insight with commercial strategy, and he was recognised with the Climb UK Inclusion Award for his contribution to inclusive innovation.
