Leeds is recognised as a leading centre for health innovation, bringing together NHS organisations, universities, innovators and industry partners to develop, evaluate and scale technologies that improve patient care.
This Leeds Digital Festival event will showcase the story of Strolll, a digital health company using augmented reality technology to support people living with neurological conditions.
Through collaboration with Leeds based partners, Strolll has secured NIHR funding, generated clinical evidence through the RESTART-PD trial, and achieved international reach and impact.
The event will explore how digital health innovations move from idea to adoption, highlighting the role of partnership, evidence generation and NHS collaboration in driving meaningful healthcare transformation.
The event will feature a keynote presentation from Strolll, sharing their journey from collaboration with Leeds partners through to securing NIHR funding, delivering clinical research, and scaling internationally.
Attendees will hear about the RESTART-PD trial, learn about the challenges and opportunities of NHS innovation adoption, and have the opportunity to experience the Strolll technology first-hand.
The programme will also include networking opportunities and contributions from other health innovation leaders to showcase how digital technologies are transforming healthcare.
