And yet 66% of CISOs say their greatest vulnerability is still people, and 76% anticipate a material cyberattack in the next 12 months.

AI is changing the threat landscape faster than most organisations can respond to it. Social engineering is more targeted, phishing is harder to spot, and the volume of AI-generated code entering production is creating a new category of security risk that most teams are still figuring out.
