Culture, diversity and ways of working… so what?

28th Sep 2022 5:30pm - 7:00pm Hosted by Morrisons

Does a top down approach to building company culture work in this day and age for organisations?

Covid-19 has undone how leaders engage with their teams and how colleagues work together. What we do know is this: company culture has grown in importance when companies are hiring and it’s one of the first topics that potential candidates raise. While the hybrid experience is likely here to stay, leaders can also build strong cultures by creating places where people want to work. A new culture-building approach is already in place at some organisations, one in which everyone in the organisation is responsible for.

This event will focus on culture, diversity, ways of working and how the world has changed all of these things over the last two years. Let’s get to the heart of the debate about what really matters for candidates.
