Cerelo Edge is a curated forum that will bring together a small number of high-growth founders to spend a morning with leading private equity investors specialising in technology and media.
Across a single morning, founders will sit down with 6 to 9 national and Pan-European PE funds in a series of strictly timed 20-minute meetings– 15 minutes on the business, 5 minutes on the fund.
Each founder will come away with candid investor feedback, an understanding of how professional investors view their sector, and the beginnings of relationships with the funds most likely to back companies like theirs when the time is right.
After the event, Cerelo will collate the feedback from each fund and share a consolidated summary covering investor interest, value drivers, perceived risks and considerations for any future PE conversation.
The cohort will be deliberately kept small, focused on a select group of founder-led businesses where the PE feedback will be most valuable and where the funds in the room will be most engaged.
