Can Solution Architecture and an Agile lifecycle work hand in hand?

Hosted by Iridium

As more organisations leverage technical expertise to navigate the required rapid pace of change, there’s a key outcome everyone’s after… ‘Agile delivery solution architecture.’

Yet, the question remains; can solution architecture be delivered inline with iterative face-paced Agile ways of working? Phil Pringle, Group Chief Architect and Khuram Gondal, Enterprise Architect for the Provident Financial Group, along with Brett Hargreaves, Cloud Practice Lead at Iridium, are set to explore this topic at the breakfast roundtable event hosted by PFG and Iridium at Leeds Digital Festival.

This event will answer questions such as; how can solution architecture and agile work hand in hand, where would solution architecture fit into an agile lifecycle, and what adaptations need to be made to how both Solution Architects and Development Teams operate to optimise the benefits of the disciplines and deliver incrementally at pace?

During the event, the experts will also explore the challenges of aligning the growth of Centres of Excellence for architecture in agile organisations, whilst delving into how these challenges can be overcome.
