Dawn Greaves

Having worked in the health care sector for over 30 years, Dawn has gained a wealth of experience in Programme and Project Management, with significant experience in acute sector transformation and more recently system working across all health and social care organisations within West Yorkshire. Dawn leads the digital programme across the West Yorkshire ICS, so has a thorough understanding of the requirements for all sectors and the challenges facing each of them.

Cheryl Stevens MBE

Cheryl Stevens is a positive, authentic and respected leader with a focus on people and utilising technology to solve problems and deliver solutions that make a real difference to customers and society; A passionate champion of placing customers and their needs at the heart of our journeys and processes, using technology to improve efficiency and customer experience. A proud career Civil Servant, Cheryl holds the vision of simplified experiences for colleagues and customers driven by life events and other user needs, regardless of channel or service line. Enabling safe, efficient, inclusive and consistent journeys across DWP and wider public services.

Nichola Stephens – Associate Director of Strategy and Innovation Leeds City Council 

An experienced digital strategist with over two decades working in digital health and care and more recently in wider local authority services. Passionate about driving innovation, pushing boundaries and training people in the digital sector for Leeds and West Yorkshire. Consistently demonstrating an ability to identify emerging trends and technologies. With a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking, earning a reputation as a leading innovator in the digital landscape and being listed in the North’s Innovation Woman 2023.

Richard Irvine – Chief Data Officer Leeds City Council

Richard Irvine is a highly motivated and ambitious data leader with a strong track record of delivering transformational change for the NHS at national level.

Richard is the Chief Data Officer for NHS West Yorkshire ICB and Leeds City Council, having moved from NHS Digital in 2022. At NHS Digital Richard held responsibility for all national data collection activity. During the pandemic, Richard led the data operations for the NHS Shielded Patient List and the Covid19 vaccination programme.

Richard was inspired to move into the NHS in 2014, having spent 8 years leading local government ICT and data services; and prior to this he worked as an accountant.
