Given that the UK has eased once imposed lockdown restrictions which eliminated the ability to hold face-to-face meetings, we now need to familiarise ourselves with the idea of bringing meetings back into the office. Despite the ability for colleagues to meet again in person, hybrid ways of working will also remain at the core of workplaces across the world and so it is important to develop an all-inclusive approach for returning to the office so that those choosing to work from home receive the same experience.

Sam O’Donnell
Infrastructure Master, Netcompany
Working with Microsoft Teams since its inception in 2017, Sam is a real advocate for the platform and has since become a subject matter expert concerning solutions and design with a particular interest in Telephony and Meeting Room spaces. As an Infrastructure Master at Netcompany, Sam’s role requires profound knowledge across all respective areas – for which Sam has been representing Netcompany for all things Messaging and Collaboration, especially with Microsoft Teams, since early 2019.
Shareen Akhtar
Infrastructure Consultant, Netcompany
Joining Netcompany in March 2020, just days before the UK was ushered into the first lockdown with strict orders to “stay at home”, Shareen has been working with remote working technologies since day one. Currently working to develop Microsoft Teams configurations for Highways England , Shareen joined Netcompany with the desire to gain great exposure and she brings this to bear as she shares her first-hand insights and knowledge.
