When everything’s changing around you, you’ve got to learn how to switch things up.
That’s what our Architecture teams have been up to!
They’ve been thinking about how to succeed, as well as how to fail. Because both are a vital part of success. And our Strategy & Architecture team are going to walk you through how we’re taking the challenge of transitioning and re-architecting an entire Enterprise IT Landscape in our stride, in the face of new corporate ownership. Which is a whole challenge in itself!
We’re going to talk about our techniques to deal with the change, make decisions and architect a best-of-breed technology platform for one of the UK’s biggest retailers. And how these challenges have changed us!
So make sure to come along to discover what that change looks like.
