AI and Innovation in DWP Digital

DWP Digital will build on the launch of our AI proof of concept projects with an exciting showcase event. We will discuss the importance of ethical best practice when developing AI concepts through to the opportunity to scale these across businesses to improve citizen experience. We will also look at case studies and real-life examples of citizen-focused AI products.

Simon King – Director of AI and Innovation will discuss how AI in DWP is working to solve real-world problems and support our customers in a unique and innovative way.

Amar Narayan – Managing Director at Accenture and DWP Digital Garage Lead, will also give his perspective on developing AI solutions.
