His most recent role was Head of Agile Learning at a global bank where he was responsible for defining and rolling out the global Agile learning strategy for over 100,000 people. He has 20 years of experience in various project delivery roles including, Engineering, Business Analysis, Programme Management, as well as Agile Coaching. Paddy has worked across multiple industries including, Financial Services, Consulting, Telecommunications, Automotive, and many more.
Paddy is the host of the Superpowers School podcast which is themed around human skills for the future. He is also the co-host of The Visual Jam Meetup, one of the largest creativity Meetup communities in the world.
