Clare is an experienced IT recruitment manager with 25 years of pure tech recruitment background. Currently she is managing a tech focussed recruitment team for the future programme, which is the largest retail transformation programme in the world.

Orlagh is a successful director with experience in retail, FMCG and the financial services sectors. She has a proven track record in delivery of transformational change from both turnarounds and organic growth.

Mark Botham, Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (UK/EU) at SharkNinja

With over 10 years specialising in talent acquisition, both internally and as an external partner, Mark is skilled in building diverse teams in the digital space.

Yasmin De Nardo, Head of Connected Technology Academy at KPMG

Yasmin is an early talent, talent attraction and employer brand leader. She is passionate about women in tech, diversity and inclusion and mental health awareness; frequently speaking about the topics at events.

Her accolades include featuring on Northern Power Women Future List 2018, being a Board Member Maggie’s Centres and WILD Board, as well as being a finalist for both Women in Tech Excellence 2022 and WIT UK 2023.

Emma Piper, Talent Acquisition Leader at Skipton Building Society

Emma has over 25 years’ experience in talent acquisition. She is passionate about neurodiversity and spent four years as Head of Recruitment at Autism Plus, which is an organisation that supports adults and young people with autism, learning disabilities mental health conditions and complex needs.
