Service design… the latest buzzword or a critical business consideration? In this session, we’ll be giving an introduction to service design, what it is, why it’s important and who can benefit from it (spoiler: basically everyone). We’ll take you through the process of designing and delivering a service and give some real-world examples along the way.
We’re welcoming our audience to our Leeds city centre office to enjoy the session in person with a drink and bite to eat, but fear not; if you can’t make it down in person you can join virtually, and the session will be recorded to watch afterwards too. We’ve done our best to make sure all bases are covered.
Answer’s Senior Service Designer, Corey Lankovits, and Lead Business Analyst, Susan Horn, will take you through their experiences analysing, designing and improving services, through to delivering and implementing them.
